Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely place the bike light, batteries, and all included accessories back into the original retail packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix the provided shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number.
